Landlord Fees
Let Fee/ Tenant finder Service – Standard charge - £450
Let & Rent collect Charge - £410 Reduced Let fee from standard and £20 per month then after for rent collection and 10% off New tenant finding fees
Full Management Fees – Standard charge £400 Tenant finder Fee 12% of the monthly rental or minimum of £70 per month for houses under £700 Per month rental price.
Full Management service for HMOs - Please call us for more information as HMOs can be complex and to offer the best price and service we must know a little more about your investment and the needs you may have.
Guaranteed Rent Service – This service costs is £25.00 (+ VAT) per month for properties under a monthly rental income of £750.00. For properties with a rental income over this amount then it is fully covered in our Full Management package as a normal for peace of mind and during a time in the market when rent arrears and eviction are higher than ever we recommend this service.
